Omg, been having d same problem for quite some time. Tell me bout it.
I tried almost e'thing to gain few kgs.
Tp kan,just lately ni my weight da naik from 38/39kgs to 42/43kgs. Soo happy, eventho im still trying to get to 45/46 cos its really hard to find a size zero over here. Irish byk gemok2. hehe.
So my secret is....well,bcos our metabolism is soo high, we need to snack every few hours. see, normal ppl mkn 3 meals pon da cukup, kite kene at least 5 meals. in between big meals tu, eat fruits or salad, snackbar or even toasted bread. B slalu mkn buah n yes ive a big appetite so a'thing i see in front of me, i ngappp. N deskjob is really making me fatt!!! Hehee.
Take supplement. B amik one yg ade Vitamin A-Z. Hehehe, sumtimes kite nye weight decrease cos we r lacking d needed nutrients in our body.
I did Yoga before, n yes it helped me gain weight. I tanye instructor tu,kalau buat Yoga lagi skinny x, die kate, nope some poses in yoga actually helps to find d perfect balance for our metabolism. N yg plg penting lepas Yoga, lapar nak mati, so i can eat one whole cow pastu. hehe.
Before sume org soh b minum protein drink, tp x jadik ape pon. So now, occasionally je, bile time mood displin baru minom.
Make sure after a long day, u get enuff rest n drink a lot of water.
So i practice all dis e'day except Yoga, cos its too mahal now, so im looking for one yg fee die lagi murah. But yeahhh, my weight bejaye naik n maintain. :) But i still want few kgs moree!!!!!

3. yoga...
